JOHN GRIERSON AND THE NIGHT MAIL
After watching The Social Dilemma and researching the codes and conventions of documentaries, I realised that animations were commonly used. Therefore, I decided to attempt to create my first animation using 'Powtoon' in case I decide to create one for my final product. This animation talks about John Grierson, who is said to be the first to see the potential of motion pictures to shape people’s attitudes toward life and to urge the use of films for educational purposes.
Because it was a new website and I wasn't use to it, it took me longer than it would do. Throughout I became more comfortable creating it and started finding it easier. In conclusion, I will try to use this website again for a different topic and see my progress.
